Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and RESTART AI LLC, 116 NW 3rd Ave, Dania Beach, FL 33004, USA (“we”), the operator of GoAheadSite. By creating an account you accept them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. What GoAheadSite is
GoAheadSite lets you build, edit and host websites, with an AI that plans pages, writes them from the facts you give it and checks them before they go live, and a Studio where you change everything by hand. What each plan includes is on the pricing page. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of any plan until they are live.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or over and give a real name and an email address you read. If you use GoAheadSite for a business, you accept these terms for it.
- Keep your password to yourself. What happens in your account is your responsibility; tell us at once if someone else got in.
- You can invite people to work on a site. The site's owner decides its plan and pays for it.
3. Free plan and free trial
- Free is free for good: one site on a goaheadsite.com address, up to 10 pages live, and a small “Made with GoAheadSite” line. AI is available through AI packs.
- The free trial gives a new account 14 days of the Growth plan, once, without a card. When it ends nothing is charged and the site stays online on Free.
- A free site whose owner hasn't signed in for 12 months may be taken offline after a warning 30 days before. It is kept, not deleted, and comes back when you sign in.
4. Paid plans, renewals and changes
- Plans are paid in advance, by the month or by the year, at the price on the pricing page when you pay. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- Renewals are automatic until you turn them off. We tell you 7 days and 1 day before a renewal, with the amount and the date. Turning renewal off takes one click in Plan & usage; the plan runs to the end of what you paid, then the site moves to Free.
- Moving up takes effect at once: you pay only the difference for the days left, and your renewal date stays. Moving from monthly to yearly billing starts the year that day, with the unused part of the month counted toward it. Moving down happens when what you paid for ends. You see the exact amount before you confirm.
- If a renewal payment fails, we try again over the next days and your plan keeps working for 7 days; after that the site moves to Free.
- We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal after we have told you at least 30 days before.
5. Refunds
- If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund it in full.
- An AI pack or a Done for you order is refunded if you ask within 14 days and haven't used the credits or we haven't started the work.
- Other payments are not refundable, unless the law says otherwise or we charged you by mistake — then we put it right.
- A refunded plan ends when the refund is made.
6. AI credits
AI work is counted in credits (one credit is about a cent of AI work). A plan's monthly credits start again each month; AI packs and invite credits last 12 months and are used after the plan's. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Everything you do by hand works without credits.
7. Your content
- Your sites and what you put on them are yours. You give us the right to store, process, copy, back up and show them only as needed to run GoAheadSite for you.
- You are responsible for what your sites say and show, and for having the right to use your texts, photos and brands.
- The AI drafts; you decide. Check what it wrote before you publish it — AI can be wrong. We don't promise rankings in Google, answers in AI assistants, visitors or sales.
- You can download your whole site as a ZIP any day, and take it anywhere.
8. What you may not do
Don't use GoAheadSite for anything illegal, or for sites that: deceive people (phishing, fake shops, impersonating someone), spread malware, send spam, infringe others' rights, harass or incite hatred or violence, or show sexual content involving minors. Don't try to break into, overload or copy the platform, or get around plan limits. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close an account that does; where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
9. Your visitors' data
When your visitors send a form, leave a comment or otherwise give their data on your site, you are the controller of that data and we process it for you. For that we:
- process it only to run your site and deliver what you set up (your inbox, notifications, webhooks, exports), and follow your instructions given through the Studio;
- keep it confidential, protect it (see our Privacy policy, section 7) and let only the people who need it reach it;
- use only the providers listed in our Privacy policy, bound to the same protection, and tell you before adding a new kind of provider;
- help you answer your visitors' requests (you can view, export and delete their requests in the Studio) and tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your site's data;
- delete it at the end of the retention period you choose, or when you delete your site; you can export it first.
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect your visitors' data and for your site's privacy policy (the Studio writes one from what your site really does; review it and keep it right).
10. Ending
You can stop using GoAheadSite at any time: turn renewal off, download your sites and write to us to close your account. If you break these terms seriously or repeatedly, we may close your account; unless the law or safety prevents it, we tell you first and give you time to download your sites.
11. The service
We work to keep GoAheadSite fast, safe and online, and we update it without downtime, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve and change features; we won't take away something you have paid for during the period you paid for.
12. Liability
GoAheadSite is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data you could have exported, or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or the rights consumers have by law.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and its courts hear disputes — unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to go to your own courts. Before going to court, write to us: most things are solved in a message.
14. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you at least 30 days before in the Studio or by email. If you don't agree, you can stop using GoAheadSite before the change applies.
